A plan for preventing and dealing with harassment situations in subject association activities

Harassment reports are handled on a case-by-case basis and confidentially only by the Legio Ostiensis board's harassment contact persons. If you wish, you can make a report by leaving your contact information, in which case the harassment contact persons will contact you regarding the matter you have reported. As a result of the anonymous harassment report, we inform the board of the association that harassment has occurred in Legion's operations, as a result of which the matter will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, what actions will be taken from the anonymous report.
